That's why

Sometimes I'm having tiny patients that I need to take care of in work.
At times it is a day long struggle to make them take their medicines or
to make them cooperate when we need to get blood tests.

But when my tiny patients have done well I usually offer them a sticker.
A sticker ain't much, but it does cheer them up, these tiny patients like
stickers.

I had a patient who had struggled with his medicine, but I told him that
if he takes it then he will start to feel better and he will also get to choose
a sticker. Then he said: I have got stickers before, but I'd really like to get
a sticker of Lightning McQueen, but there ain't any of him.

I checked my pocket with stickers and there I found a sticker of Lightning
McQueen, and gave it to my tiny patient, who got really happy.

When walking away from the room, I was smiling as I had been able to get
him the sticker he longed for. I also giggled to myself as I thought how great
it is that I know these Pixar, Disney and other children's movies :)

That's why I work with children ;)
