To snooze or not to snooze

Every morning is almost the same. The alarm goes off at 5.15 am and usually
I'm just stretching out my arm from the bed towards the alarm in order to snooze
for 10 minutes more. Those 10 minutes have ended up to 30 minutes more and once
even into 60 minutes. I have also noticed that the "sleep" I get those extra 10+ minutes
are usually making me more tired. But yet I continue to snooze. It is so frustrating and still
I love the feeling of pressing off the alarm and yet knowing I won't oversleep.
 
 
 
Whatabout you people, do you over-use the snooze button too much?
