Have you guys ever thought about how important every single human is?
I have. I've been thinking about how much every person's role in the society

matters. What would it be like if we, so to say, removed someone? It would

actually disrupt our system in the society, that's what I believe. That is also why

I really dislike when we don't respect each other. 

This subject is something that has really been on my mind when thinking about

different kinds of jobs (If we really narrow the subject down). I really don't understand

why some people can't say hi or even smile to another because of their job. 

e.g. (I have seen this happen, that's why I take this as an example) when people

who are considered to have nice jobs, on high positions like e.g. Doctors. When they

meet e.g. cleaners (or sometimes even when meeting nurses who works next to them)

they can't afford to say even a hi, or give a smile, as you ain't on the same level according

to them.

 

But you know what, they'd be in really deep shit if it wasn't for those who do that work they

don't consider nice. Imagine if we had no one cleaning, the hospitals, the schools other work

would look terrible. When it comes to the hospitals, imagine how poor the hygiene would be

if nurses had to take care of everything. It's awesome that we have people who are specialized

on doing that job, because without them our job would be difficult and if we (nurses) couldn't do

our job, further on the Doctor's job would be difficult.

That's why I find it to be important to recognize everybody at your work place, to be nice, smile

and show appreciation. But we should also remember, sometimes the people on "the high positions"

might need some word of appreciation as well.

No job is too small to not be recognized, no job is too big to be forgotten.
